Cacique of The Sparrows
Raphael is the new Cacique of the Sparrows faction within the Vanguards. He secured his ascension through less than ideal means following the mysterious death of his parents. Because he was given the title by default, many assume he is undeserving. However, he is a powerful mage in his own right, and while the Sparrows are the smallest faction among the Vanguards, his group maintains a steadfast position in the defense of the shadow work.
VIBE: Sparrow's Nest
Raphael's vibe allows him to take the pulse energy stored in an object and convert it into kinetic energy, charging that item with explosive results. The only real limitation to this ability is the time required to charge the object because the larger it is, the more time it takes.
Using the explosion effect, this allows Raphael to build momentum so he can easily fly and strafe.
When Sparrow's Nest is paired with the silver bullet spell, it creates a magical blast that erases large areas.
